Cancellations & Returns

 

>> How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order by clicking 'Cancel' against the respective order under 'Order History' on the 'My Account' section. You cannot cancel your order after it reaches the 'Processing Stage'(stage 'c' - see below). An order is under any one of the following stages:

 

a. Under Verification - Order gets verified

b. Pending - Order pending to be processed

c. Processing - Order under processing

d. Delivered - Products have been delivered to you

 

You can check the status of your order by logging in and clicking 'Order History' link under 'My Account' where status of every order is shown.

 

 

>> How can I return a product?

 

Returns are to be made within 7 days after the product has been delivered.

 

- You can return products only

a. when the product is found damaged

b. if there is a product mismatch

c. if there are any quality issues with the product

 

'Contact Us' to initiate returns. Return charges will be borne by us. Exchanges are not allowed.
